Sustainability at Indiska
Sustainability is and always has been an important part of Indiska's DNA. Our goal is to actively influence and contribute to a more responsible and sustainable society at all levels. Among other things, we are working to increase the proportion of more sustainable materials and to work with our suppliers to reduce the environmental impact of production. Equally important is social responsibility, where we are committed to fair working conditions in production and have long been involved in the Peace Trust project for equality, schooling and economic prosperity in India. By being transparent, we want to make it easy for our customers to make sustainable choices.
Collaboration for innovation: Hackahton x Indiska
To push the development of innovation for a more sustainable and circular industry we arrange a design hackathon together with Textile & Fashion 2030, Science Park Borås and the Swedish School of Textiles. For two days, students from multiple schools compete with their ideas, and the winners get the chance to realize their concept together with us.
